TRAVEL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS:
Round trip transportation
via deluxe motor coaches equipped with
lavatory facilities. All listed sightseeing
tours, admissions, and guide fees are
included as stated. Quality motel
accommodations are based on double
occupancy. Meals included only when stated
in the itinerary. Seats are assigned as
deposits are received. We will keep the same
seats for the entire tour. Smoking is not
permitted on the bus. Stops will be made to
accommodate smokers. One-piece standard size
luggage per person is included in the tour
cost. One small carry-on is allowed and can
be placed in the overhead rack. You are
responsible for this bag. All taxes and tips
are included.
It is best to choose
clothing that is comfortable and suitable
for most restaurants and attractions. Wear
comfortable shoes for the long walks. Have a
jacket or sweater handy because the bus is
air-conditioned.
Please be on time
so the tour is not delayed in departing.
For the consider of others with
sensitivities, refrain from the use of
perfumes while on the tour, and smoke only
in designated areas.
ADDITIONAL
ACCIDENT AND/OR CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS
AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
It is advised that all
passengers be at the pick-up point at least
30 minutes before departure. It is advisable
to have someone drop you off and pick you
up. Parking is at your own risk. If you must
leave a vehicle while on tour, please check
with the person at the pick-up point. This
is your responsibility and not that of
FunTours.
CANADIAN TOURS:
Customs requires that each
person carry a proof of citizenship. Be
prepared to show two of the following:
original birth certificate with seal stamp,
passport or photo ID such as a driver’s
license. If you are left at customs because
of improper proof, it will be your
responsibility to find a way home.
SPECIAL NEEDS:
Please feel free to call
ahead of time concerning provisions for
special needs. If you require a wheelchair,
cane, etc., we require that you be
accompanied by someone who will be
responsible for your needs.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Fun Tours acts only as a
booking agent and assumes no responsibility
for any delay, cancellations, changes in
schedule or itinerary, loss, injury and
damage to or in respect of any person in
connection with accommodations,
transportation or any other service which
may be used. Fun Tours is not responsible
for any loss or damage of personal property
or for injuries, expenses or damages
whatsoever incurred or claimed by any tour
member (s). We reserve the right to cancel
any tour prior to departure and in such case
all payments will be refunded without
obligation on our part.
The rates quoted in the
brochures are based on information given to
us at the time of printing and are in U.S.
funds. These rates may very slightly
depending on final arrangement with hotels
and attractions.
PAYMENTS:
Please do not send cash
through the mail. Make all checks payable
to: Fun Tours, Inc. 500 Pine Street, Jamestown, NY 14701.
1-DAY TOURS:
1-Day Tours must be paid
in full at time of registration.
MULTIPLE DAY
TOURS:
Require a deposit at time
of registration and balance is due 30 days
prior to tour departure. The amount of the
deposit is determined by the cost of the
tour. There is a $50 cancellation fee for
multiday tours.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
60 days prior:
trips involving theatre or prepaid events
must be cancelled 60 days in advance to get
a refund.
45 days prior:
full refund except for any advance payments
made for event costs unless you/we can
re-sell.
30 days prior:
full refund except for $15.00 cancellation
fee and event admission cost.
14 days prior:
no refund. You may find someone to go in
your place.
If you qualify for a
refund, you must notify us of the trip and
date of cancellation in writing before
receiving a refund check.
FILLED TOURS:
If a tour is filled, leave
your name, address and phone number on your
interest list. We may get a cancellation or
run a duplicate tour in the future.
